Maintaining production equipment in good working order through a program of planned preventive maintenance which is carried out at Scheduled interval. This helps us in preventing any obstacles during project execution.
Clean & hygienic work environment is maintained through regular 5S. Every day 5 S Activity is carried out on the shop-floor. This activity is helping Radiant in increasing the productivity & overall efficiency on a daily basis.
Safe working conditions & safe environment for all the employees is brought through rigorous training programs on safety cases. Also, safety is being improved by continually improving the Safety Manuals through suggestions from all stakeholders. This ensures safe execution of jobs.
The entire critical machine load is scheduled for jobs to be executed in the coming quarter. This scheduling helps in making the finished components available at the time of assembly which further helps in adhering to the project plan.
A daily production plan is prepared one day before and all the activities that are supposed to be completed to meet the delivery. This planning shows operator-wise loading of work.
Processes are improved through Internal audits, External Audits, Client audits, Suggestions by stakeholders. All the staff members and shop operators are involved in these process improvement implementation. This Ensures faster & better quality and delivery of our products.
Micro planning is done for all the jobs to ensure timely completion of each work order.
Radiant believes in continual improvements. Hence, a detail analysis of number of jobs planned and number of jobs performed is done at the end of the project.
