Extensive training on safety is given to ensure that all aspects of Safety are understood and practiced by the workforce.
Safety Cases have been prepared to help the employees in understanding the safety norms. They serve as a guide during daily course of work. An operation specific demonstration of the HSE management system in action, documenting that risk levels are tolerable and have been, or will be reduced to As Low As Reasonable Practicable (ALARP) is given through safety case manual.
